Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Used, damaged, customized, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair products and press on nails cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
