Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Products

Returns are accepted only for:

• Hair Extensions
• Hair Wigs
• Press On Nails
• Hair Accessories
• Rugs & Carpets

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Used, damaged, customized, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair products and press on nails cannot be returned.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
